Because every House of Ionara retreat is designed and reserved individually — venues, catering, transport, and local experiences are committed on your behalf — our refund terms follow the cancellation schedule below. Full details are in our Booking Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation schedule
60+ days before the retreat: your 30% deposit is retained, but can be credited in full toward a new retreat within 12 months.
30–59 days before the retreat: 50% of the total retreat price is due; any amount paid above that is refunded.
Fewer than 30 days before the retreat: 100% of the total retreat price is due.
If we cancel
If House of Ionara cancels a confirmed retreat for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Rescheduling
Where circumstances allow, we will always try rescheduling before cancellation — often at no additional cost if requested 60+ days in advance.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
